Student Presentations

Student presentations; are they pointless and scary or are they a great way to improve public speaking? And now, there are guidelines to what you can put in it and what you can’t. What do you think of this?

“It’s very beneficial” and “Boosts presentation skills and conveys emotions” are some of the pro-presentation quotes from students which shows that not everyone hates them. But “It is very bad unless you want to scar people for life!” and “No one really understands what ‘culture’, ‘creativity’ and ‘community’ really means in presentations and what you’re supposed to do!” also appear from anti-presentation students. “It is beneficial but sometimes pointless,” is also the feelings of some students.

“It could be a valued opportunity for life skills which will help in work. Some students take advantage of this. Others could learn from them,” says Miss Oakly.

Some forms even have presentation books which show what they have been watching. But do you think it is all pointless or could, like Miss Oakly says, it be a valuable opportunity for work? Comment to let us know!!!!!
